What this website collects, and what it does not.
What the contact form collects
The form asks for your name, your email, and, if you choose, your phone number and when you would like to be reached. It has one free-text message. Please do not include medical details in it. We use what you send only to reply to you.
Who sees your message
Your message goes to the practice, and to the email service that delivers it. We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows.
What this site does not do
This site does not run advertising trackers, session replays or analytics tools, and it does not embed a scheduling service. Booking, if it is offered, happens through a link that you choose to follow.
The quick exit button
The Quick exit button in the header takes you to an unrelated page. It does not erase your browser history, so you may also want to close the tab or use a private window.
