Between sessions

When an evening is hard

After a session, some people feel tired, tender or far away. Before you leave, we make a plan for the evening: something to eat, a person to text, a practice that helps you come back to the room.

If the plan is not enough, call or text 988. If you are in danger, call 911. You can write to us in the morning, and we will reply within two business days.
